by Murray Reservoir Staff

The water temperature has dropped but the Shad are still busting in early morning and late afternoon. Jason Floyd from San Diego caught 6 nice Bass in late afternoon using a floating Rapala. Live Shiners are catching fish throughout the day and plastics are working well in the middle of the day. The panfish bite has slowed down but anglers are getting them to bite when they can find them. No Catfish were reported this week.
