TROUT BITE

The prime location for catching trout this weekend was the Hermit Cove buoy line. Anglers fishing from boats caught limits using Berkley mice tails or Salmon Egg PowerBait. Paul Rusu said “I saw one guy catch a limit in 15 minutes. I’m not kidding!” The morning bite is best for catching trout.

Get ready for Lightning trout! We are stocking 1000 lbs. of Sierra Bows and 1000 lbs. of Lightning trout this week! The lake will be open every day from 6 a.m.—5
