Catching the Spotlight

The bass bite has been phenomenal! Charlie (top left) caught this largemouth out of Lake 7 on a swimbait. Trevor caught these three largemouth (top right and bottom two) out of Lakes 1, 2, and 4, All three fish were caught out of open water on reaction baits. These fish weighed in at 10.4 pounds, 12 pounds, and 9.3 pounds. Join us for our next Night Fishing event on August 9th, 2018 at 5:00 PM. Lanterns are required and radios will not be permitted. No state license required. Lakes 1 through 4 only. Our next scheduled stock will be on Friday August 10th, 2018 of 1,000 pounds of catfish split between two lakes.

Water Clarity: 8 ft.

Another great week of fishing! The bass bite continues to heat up with many fish being caught on reaction baits and swimbaits.
