There is lots happening here at the lake! Come on out and join in on all the fun! We are looking forward to seeing you!

We are stocking another 1,000 lbs. of catfish in the lake this week. This will bring us to 4,000 lbs. total so far this season. There are some good size cats ranging from 2 lbs. to a good 3-4 lbs. You won't be sorry when you go home with a full stringer of cats! Here are a few tips to help you with catching them click here.

Night fishing has been very productive. Need some help? Click here for catching those cats at night. A full size lantern is required after 8:00 p.m. Bring your own boat or rent one of ours for a night of fishing under the stars.

We saw some great photos from Father's Day weekend! Bass, Catfish, Bluegill were just some of the great catches! (See below).

A few of the top spots for catching those catfish lately seem to be near the dam in Shadow Cove and in Hermit Cove biting on mackerel.

Bass were biting over near Shadow Cove and Half Moon Cove in the reeds and off Sentry Point.

Lots and lots of bluegill, mornings and evenings, at Big Rock, Half Moon Cove and Sentry Point on night crawlers.

The lake will be open for boating and fishing EVERY day in July! The hours will be Sunday-Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Stay tuned for the announcement of the Spring Photo Contest winners. Judging is underway!
