Bridgeport is still doing very well trolling as well as still fishing with bait, also, the fly fishing has picked up quite a bit as well! The anglers trolling are mostly working the Buckeye Bay area in about 15 to 20 feet of water with rapalas, crawlers, thomas bouyants and streamers. Bait anglers are fishing off of Rainbow Point as well as out in Buckeye Bay with pinched crawlers, inflated crawlers, power bait and mice tails. Fly anglers are moving up into the inlet channels in less than 10 feet of water and fishing nymphs under an indicator, successful patterns include soft hackles, ice cream cones, flashback emergers, flash bang midge and soft emergers.
