The bass bite is still going strong, with some anglers reporting 40 fish days.  Fly-lined plastics, drop shots, Texas rigs, and rip baits were all excellent bait choices.  There are silverside minnows on the bank, and in open water, creating some top water opportunities as well.  Most fish are in the 1lb to 2lb range, with the occasional 4lb to 5lb fish showing.  Bluegill fishing has been fair to good on nightcrawlers, and mealworms fished under a bobber, or on a drop shot rig.  Rocky areas, and the backs of coves have been the most productive spots.  No Catfish were reported to the concession last week.
