Holy moly! Did you see the giant bass that Evan caught last week? Two big ones weighing in at 11.4 lbs. and 6.4 lbs. were caught on swimbaits. Evan also caught some monsters in LJ two years ago weighing a total of 39 lbs. for five bass in one day!

Limits of trout were reported on Saturday morning, biting early and by boat near Cactus Patch and in Half Moon Cove. The trout seem to be schooling in deeper water this year. Rent a boat or launch your own, catch a limit and hopefully some sunshine this weekend!

1,500 lbs. of Rainbow Trout were stocked last Friday, February 16th from Wrights Rainbows in Thatcher, ID. The fish come 913 miles to get to the lake in an oxygenated truck!

Did you know you can kayak on Lake Jennings? Only sit-inside kayaks at least 10 feet long, with seating inside for all passengers that are not self bailing are permitted on the lake. We do have 15 rental kayaks that you can rent to paddle with all your friends (unless you have 16 friends..?)

Spring Break is coming up. The lake will be open daily beginning March 23rd through April 8th. Make your camping reservations today!

This year's Spring Carnival will be on Saturday, March 24th. Mark your calendars. The Kid's Pond will be in the lake again!

Have you tried tipi camping? Our traditional Sioux style tipis are huge, can accommodate up to 6 campers and eliminate the need for owning a tent making it a super easy way to spend the weekend at the lake!
