Catching the Spotlight

The trout are biting very well. John Gaerin (top left) caught this 6 lb. 10 oz. trout out of Lake 4. He was using Green Powerbait. With this fish, John will be entered into our April 1st drawing to win a two-night stay in one of our cabins. Jason Blake (top right) got a huge surprise while fishing with a nightcrawler for trout. He pulled in this 1 lb. 11 oz. bluegill out of Lake 2. He got some great pictures then released this monster back into the lake.

Santee Kiwanis will be holding their annual Kids Fishing Day on Saturday December 2nd. The event starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 11:00 AM. For more information please call (619)987-1614
