WEEK ENDING: 11-5-17       WATER TEMPERATURE: 69 The surface bite for bass slowed a bit last week, probably due to cooler air temps, although there is still a lot of silver sides on the bank. Largemouth can still be caught on, or near the bank on small swimbaits, rip baits, and flukes. The worm bite is still shut down at the moment. Bass are schooled up, and chasing silversides on the surface, all over the lake. Most of the laregmouth are in the 11b. to 1.51b. range, with some of the wolf packs averaging 2 plus pounds. These fish can be finicky, and what works one day, might not the next. But guys who unlock the code have been having some phenomenal days on the water, reporting 20 to fish a day.
